# Troubleshooting

* **Insufficient Credits** – wait for the daily reset, use bonus Credits, or purchase Add-on Credits from the [Billing page](https://ai.atlasflux.my/purchase).
* **Blank response** – credits refunded; refresh and retry.
* **Image not in history** – wait a few seconds or refresh the page.
* **Cannot sign in** – check internet/pop-up blockers; try a different browser.
* **Model not supporting image input** – the AI Image tool disables the upload area for incompatible models.
* **Video generation takes too long** – reduce duration or resolution. Try a faster model.
* **PWA not installing** – ensure you are on a secure connection (HTTPS).
* **Artifacts not saving** – ensure Agent Mode was activated when the code was generated.
