Troubleshooting

• Insufficient Credits – wait for the daily reset, use bonus Credits, or purchase Add-on Credits from the Billing page.
• Blank response – credits refunded; refresh and retry.
• Image not in history – wait a few seconds or refresh the page.
• Cannot sign in – check internet/pop-up blockers; try a different browser.
• Model not supporting image input – the AI Image tool disables the upload area for incompatible models.
• Video generation takes too long – reduce duration or resolution. Try a faster model.
• PWA not installing – ensure you are on a secure connection (HTTPS).
• Artifacts not saving – ensure Agent Mode was activated when the code was generated.
